On Tuesday morning we learnt that there was an exhibition in Cardiff that included artefacts and memorabilia from WW1 that we could plan our learning activities for next year’s topic on the Great War. So Mrs Brown got in the minibus and visited the festival with some of the year 5 pupils so that they could get as much information and be as well informed as possible. When asked what was the best part of the trip the children gave a unanimous “All of it!” response. The children have lots of ideas about how we can best study this tricky subject next term and have a range of activities planned.
