Science Sleuths
We were visited by a super theatre group from the FSA (Food Standard Agency), who using drama, explained the importance of hygiene in the kitchen. They called themselves "The Science Sleuths" and they had to investigate mysterious goings on in a hotel kitchen.
In the afternoon the Science Sleuths visited the pupils and held a workshop on the 4 C's: Cross contamination, Cleaning, Chilling and Cooking. All the pupils had a wonderful experience and we hope that they will use this super knowledge to avoid getting a bad tummy. It would be great if they were inspired to be super science sleuths themselves too.
