On 5 May Mrs Thomas and Coach Ben took some pupils to take part in a Primary Schools Tag Rugby Tournament at the Cardiff Blues stadium. Schools from across South Wales had come along over four days to practice their skills and have fun Millbank won 4 out of the 5 matches that they played and importantly had a great day. We have taken part in the festival over a few years when we can. |

We really enjoy sports and there are lots of after school clubs that the children can take part in. These are just a few exaples of how we try and encourage the children to find a healthy activity that they like. |
