Growing Together To Be Our Best

Keeping the Rules

We have been having a lot of fun learning about history and archaeology

Rather than brave man eating magical scarab bettles or cursed mummies, Mrs Brown got us a special tray in which we had to carefully excavate various artifacts. Some of us found shards of pottery from which we could guess what the rest of the pot looked like and what it was used for. Some of us found coins which we had to identify and then date. Some of us found golden torques were they precious celtic or where they from H Samuels. We are used to old relics, (some of the staff are approaching 30 wow!!)

We had to record & researched the items we found. We all had a lot of fun and want to find out more.
